In Microsoft Analytics you can analyze how many recipients “opened” your mail under certain conditions. Do the recipients have to double click on the mail or is it enough that an unread mail (bold and blue) converts into an have-read mail (non-bold and black)?

    Hi @ROSTECK Florian DEU

or is it enough that an unread mail (bold and blue) converts into an have-read mail (non-bold and black)?

Did you mean the recipient simply mark the mail as read without actually opening the mail?
Based on my test, "mark as read" would also be counted as the recipient has read the mail.
