Voucher for practice questions & ms900 certification

Hi, I have participated in the microsoft certification week held between 23-27August2021. Understand that we would be eligible for free practice test and certification, expiring on Nov'21. I am currently trying to sign up for MS900 certification, but upon signing up at Pearsonsvue, the system says that I am not eligible for any promotions. I have gone on to register for the certification and a practice test and paid 199USD for it. How do I obtain a voucher or rebate for this?
