send email to external users using sharepoint workflows

while sending email to external users in sp2013 designer workflow i am getting error.please help me if any work around for the issue.

    Hi @sweetu ve ,

    SharePoint 2013 workflow only sends to users known by the tenancy (i.e. those with accounts), it cannnot send email to external users. You could refer to this post: how-do-you-send-emails-to-external-email-address-in-sharepoint-online-workflows

    Here are two options for you:

    1. Use SharePoint 2010 workflows. (Not recommended, 2010 workflow will be turned off in SharePoint Online).
    2. I would suggest you use Power Automate/flow, Microsoft Flow does NOT have this limitation.
