Hi @Nélio Abreu ,
Based on your description, I have tested on Outlook365 (version2110 build:14527.20234) and it worked normally.
In order to accurately understand your situation, could you please provide the information below?
- What’s the detailed build number of your Outlook (File > Office Account > About Outlook)?
- Did you perform some operations before the problem happened?
- Do other people in your organization also have this problem? Certain programs installed by the organization may also have an impact on this.
According to my search, there are several reasons for it, and you can try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Check your Outlook version and upgrade it to the latest via File > Office account > Update options > Update now.
- As far as I know, you can type “outlook.exe /resetnavpane” in the command to reset the navigation pane, however, in some rare cases the navigation pane does not necessarily get back in shape due to a reset.
- In addition, the issue usually occurs due to some third-party Add-ins. Please run Outlook in safe mode and disable Add-ins to see whether this issue continues.
- If the issue still persists, you may try to create a new profile:
(1)Exit Outlook.
(2)In Control Panel, click Mail.
(3)Choose Show Profiles > Add. In the Profile Name box, type a name for the profile, and then choose OK.
(4)Add your account to test if the problems is resolved.
