Expand list to separate column in Power Bi query editor

Question

I need to expand the list (Guid no:6) in the below picture which consists of 2 values in Power bi power query Editor

Data inside the list:
Is there any way to expand the list of 2 values into 2 separate rows with the same key value?
For Eg:
Input:
1->A
2->[B,C]

Expected Output:
1->A
2->B
2->C
