Authenticator App not Syncing Autofill data

I have downloaded the Authenticator App on iPhone 10 and started it. The screen says 'Getting things ready fir you. Please wait while we sync Autofill data'.
It's been stuck in this process for an hour.
I have closed the App and restarted it with same results.
Any ideas?

inovak 1 Reputation point2021-11-20T03:14:20.697+00:00 having basically issue. I have had this phone since February, I've had the authenticator for awhile, and its worked before, but now i am trying to use it and its giving me the same issue you describe.
i recently change my phone service from tmobile to xfinity, and not sure if that is related, because a lot of my face id stuff hasn't worked since then either. so its really the only recent change that i can think of that would possible have caused this issue for me.
