Hi,
Our AD is composed by 2 DCs.
On both DC, SYSVOL is not replication. I already tried many things but even in ADSI.msc I cannot find Domain system volume in DFSR-LocalSettings and the information inside
DCDiag is normal
repadmin /replsummary no error
The issue is only related to Sysvol replicatation.

I am using DFSR
But CN=SYSVOL Subscription,CN=Domain System Volume,CN=DFSR-LocalSettings,CN=<the server name>,OU=Domain Controllers,DC=<domain>
are not present so I cannot access to msDFSR option.
I need to find a way to rebuild CN=Domain System Volume and CN=SYSVOL Subscription in ADSIEDIT

I just tried this solution but I am still stuck at this step:
Perform the following steps in ADSI Edit:
Right-click ADSI Edit in the tree structure on the left, select Connect to..., select the well-known Default naming context, and ensure you are connecting to the authoritative domain controller (by typing its full name into the box labeled Select or type a domain or server, if need be).
Open the default naming context in the tree structure, then open the domain object, the Domain Controllers OU, the object for the authoritative domain controller, the DFSR-LocalSettings object, the Domain System Volume object, and the SYSVOL Subscription object. The attribute editor should appear
My DCs do not have "Domain System Volume object", and the "SYSVOL Subscription object"
Even after deleting DFSR database.
and ensure you are connecting to the authoritative domain controller
From what you described (none of the domain controllers have \sysvol) there wouldn't be an authoritative domain controller. It seems you have basically nothing. What are you trying to save? The simpler solution may be to start over, create a new domain.

Hi there,
SYSVOL and Netlogon shares aren't shared on a domain controller. The following symptoms or conditions may also occur:
The sysvol folder is empty.
The affected domain controller was recently promoted.
The environment contains domain controllers running versions of Windows earlier than Windows Server 2012 R2.
DFS Replication is used to replicate the SYSVOL Share replicated folder.
An upstream domain controller's DFS Replication service is in an error state.

Completely different than you described above. You can simply perform a non authoritative synchronization

yes but as described I don't have CN=SYSVOL Subscription,CN=Domain System Volume in ADSI edit.
LocalSettings is empty for both of my DCs

I'd double check the location is correct.

Thank you for the screen shot! The instructions given at https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2218556 were completely misleading as to where to go. Sometimes MS engineers or tech writers ASSUME we know exactly what the hell they are talking about when we need to be spoon fed and have someone hold our hand through fixing issues. I spent all morning trying to resolve this issue and if it hadn't been for the screen shot I would still be beating my head against the desk trying to understand where I was supposed to go in ADSIEdit.
