Hi,
Surface 1 pro
I have been trying to install Win 11 several times but each time it failed.
In the setuperro.log I have the following message :

2021-11-05 13:09:22, Error [0x08085f] MIG MigHost: CMigPluginSurrogate::LoadAndRegisterServerInThreadContext: LoadLibraryExW(C:\$WINDOWS.~BT\Sources\ReplacementManifests\Microsoft-Windows-RasServer-MigPlugin\RasMigPlugin.dll, LOAD_WITH_ALTERED_SEARCH_PATH) failed gle=0x7f.[gle=0x0000007f]

Thanks for your help.

    The cause for error 0xC1900101 – 0x40017 is known to be faulty drivers.

    Try unplugging all usb devices and try again

    Is there any solution to this problem? I have the same problem with a Lenovo ThinkPad.

    I bought a copy of PCMover from LapLink.com, saved all my stuff, and did a fresh install of Win11, then restored my stuff w/ PCMover. Not a "solution", but a valid workaround.
