download vs2019 enterprise with cmd but fail

Hello Community

I've got a vs2019ent.exe from my company's IT guys , and use it with cmd to make a offline install folder.

(he download this file (vs2019ent.exe) from msdn)

and my question is ...

1. when it finished Preliminary work and come to downloading, it will crash.
2. i use Visual Studio bootstrapper (enterprise version) from the website below, use cmd to make offline install folder, it's work!

But, Can it activate with MSDN account ? (i have no account , but i have to install it to co-worker's device)
