An Azure hosted internet of things (IoT) application platform.
As a workaround, I've removed template and created new one from scratch manually (not by importing a file).
Error during publishing device template changes in IOT central

It is not possible to publish changes in device template, the following error occurs:
"errorCode":"400.804.006.106","message":"CapabilityReference property 'reference' has invalid item(s). Following item(s) do not exist or are of not supported types: Unknown","propertyName":"vertex"}]}
Steps to reproduce:
- Add any new property to device template
- Press Save
- Press Publish
- Error occurs
Note: Template was exported from another IoT central app and then imported to the one where I'm getting error. Publishing works fine in original application.

There is no property with name "vertex" in my template, it looks like some internal property since I've already seen similar errors reported, e.g. : https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/115222/changing-device-template-views-results-in-error.html

I couldn't reproduce your issue. It is related for edge device or not? also, does your device template is a version V2?

No, it is not an edge device. Yes, I'm using V2 on both apps (from what I've exported template and the one I've imported to). I avoided the issue by removing template and creating new one from scratch manually (not by importing a file).
