2021-11-08T02:28:05.687+00:00 Are you using Exchange on-premises or Exchange Online (Microsoft 365)?
If you are using Exchange on-premises, you may export all the messages in the old account to a pst file and import the pst file into the new account.
Here are several links about this topic for your reference:
General introduction: Mailbox imports and exports in Exchange Server
Export procedure: Procedures for mailbox exports to .pst files in Exchange Server
Import procedure: Procedures for mailbox imports from .pst files in Exchange ServerPlease note that these procedures require the Mailbox Import Export role, which by default isn't assigned to any groups.
If you are using Exchange Online, the produces would be a bit more complicated.
As a workaround, you can also do it via an Outlook client: Export or backup email, contacts, and calendar to an Outlook .pst file
