PC doesn't boot and doesn't go into BIOS

My PC is not booting up anymore and not going into BIOS when Del or F2 are pressed. What can I do at this point?

    Which server operating system?

    What are the computer specs: Manufacturer, Motherboard, CPU, GPU, PSU, etc.

    What are the status of the important files?
    a) backup image
    b) backed up files
    c) no back up files or images and important files need to be saved
    d) no back up files or images and there are no important files

    What do you see and hear when the computer is powered on?
