Scrolling Disabled on Ultranav Touchpad When Connected with Remote Desktop Client

Each time I connect to a WVD/AVD using MS Remote Desktop Client I lose touchpad scrolling functionality on both the WVD AND my local machine. This only happens if I put the WVD in full-screen mode. The problem persists on my local machine even if I kill RDC. In order to regain touchpad scrolling, I must logout/login, or restart the machine. If I do not use full-screen mode with RDC, I do not have this problem.

Any Ideas?
