Azure TTS in webapp works in debug mode but not publish

I have created a basic webapp in which when a button is clicked, a TTS voice is playing. The app works fine in debug mode but not in browser. I know this is quite a common issue but I never find a way to solve it or another possibility to implement the app. Can you give me an answer?
I'm implementing it in C# with ASP.NET CORE. Is the audio output of a TTS working on web app ?

The audio response from the API should be playable on any app or you can download the same in .wav or .mp3 and play it. Maybe, you can add more details of the issue you are facing?
