When I tried to create Azure Synapse workspace I an getting the following error message;
"code": "CustomerSubscriptionNotRegisteredWithSqlRp",
"message": "Customer subscription 404ab95b-14cf-4032-9e90-c411aed0b1d3 needs to be registered with Microsoft.Sql resource provider. For steps to register, go to

Then when I tried to register Microsoft.Sql tp resource provider the status is 'Registering' for two days and I could not be able to create Synapse Analytics workspace.
