Notifications for requesting extensions in azure Devops(ADO)

Question

Hi,

I am trying to setup and email notification when ever there is an extension requested in Azure Devops. I could not modify the default notification and there is no option to create a subscription for notification when some one requests to approve the extension. Is there a way to create a subscription to get notified when ever someone requests an extensions?
