Teams calls and meeting are dropping when received or placed on VMware Horizon VDI

Our users, working on VMware Horizon VDIs, are having issues calling or receiving calls on Teams.
It was working without any issues until last week. Nothing was changed on our Horizon systems.
Any ideas?

*Already read that some users are having issues placing calls on Android 11 version. Maybe is something similar?

    Hi @Panayiotis Christofi ,

    I think that was because of the VDI settings as the vedio & audio could be difficult to be played on virtual desktops.

    Please see these two articles and make sure that your VMware Horizon version are supported with Teams and download & install the required components from the second article:
