HLK Manager hangs on startup

Hi,

I have installed HLK Studio version 10.0.19041.1 on Windows Server 2016. When I launch the HLK Manager tool (Splash.exe version 2.7.3521.0), it hangs on the "Hardware Lab Kit" startup picture and does not open the normal HLK Manager window.

I have already tried to reinstall the HLK studio several times. So far without success. The result is always the same.

Has anyone had the same problem and can tell me how to solve this problem?
