I had the same issue.
Found this: https://github.com/dotnet/sdk/issues/14139
Removing the C:\Program Files (x86)\dotnet\' from the PATH variable solved it in my case.
Projects are not loading in Visual Studio 2019 enterprise after installing Visual Studio 2022 enterprise

Hello,
I just installed visual studio 2022 Enterprise and after that Visual Studio 2019 Enterprise is not loading any project s, any project which I open shows like

What is the type of your project? Will you encounter this issue in other types projects?
Did you modify this project in Visual Studio 2022? You can right-click on your project and select load.
