How to get download/edit count of a file in SharePoint Online library (Office365)

Question

If a file in SharePoint library has been downloaded 5 times, then I need get that download count of the file.

is there a way to do that?

You could get details about your downloaded file in Microsoft 365 compliance center like following steps shows.

Microsoft 365 compliance center > Solutions > Audit > select Date and time range > select "Downloaded file" in Activities drop and down menu > type your file url in File, folder, or site
