Hi,

I would like to know whether we can create a policy in exchange 2013 or exchange 2016 to change the font type and color from a specific sender. I know it can be done from outlook but can it be done from Exchange Server level instead

    Hi @Niven Peter

I know it can be done from outlook but can it be done from Exchange Server level instead

Did you mean the Conditional Formatting feature of Outlook?
To my knowledge, this is a client feature and there isn't a similar option available on Exchange side.
