Ms 365 administrator expert certificate is not showing in theMS transcript.

I done the MS exams (MD-101 , MS-100 and MS-101 ) on Dec-18-2019 . its going to expire on DEC-18-2021 . I noticed that the MS 365 administrator expert certification is missing in my transcript and i am unable to renew the certificate.
