MFA challenge keeps coming

Hi there,
to access my azure tenant (private environment) I use al HOTMAIL account. I have a Visio Enterprise subscription.
Suddenly today I can't access my tenant anymore. When I login to the Azure portal I enter my credentials and proceed. But then Azure sends a MFA challenge. I don't have 2FA on my HOTMAIL account enabled. So I can't accept the MFA challenge on my phone.
I can't access Azure anymore to create a support ticket. How has an idea what is wrong and how I can solve is issue?

Thank you for your post!- When it comes to accessing your Azure tenant, do you have any other account that could potentially log in?
- How did you enable MFA? Was this via Security Defaults or Conditional Access?
- Do you have any other Admins that have access to your tenant to reset your Authentication Methods?
