Why we cannot copy from onedrive sync folder on a computer to a network drive within our business?

The scenario is this, I cannot copy a file even a .pdf file of 30kb from my synced onedrive folder in my business to our business network drive (computer is in win10 with ntfs and network drive is in NTFS on a win2016 server.

I must do a copy of the file outside my local onedrive synced folder to a temp folder than paste it on the network drive. If I do not do this it will tell me the file is too large for destination file system.

I found this page (https://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/30dbb59c-a862-469d-ac41-09f77b865fac/solved-file-is-too-large-for-the-destinaton-file-system-when-copying-files-less-than-4-gbyte-in?forum=win10itprogeneral) but I do not use ReFS on our computers, unless onedrive kind of use it I do not understand why I cannot copy a locally synced file from my onedrive to a network drive in the same file system (NTFS).

please help my users are annoyed by this bug.

    Hi @Francois Hebert ,
    Welcome to Q&A forum!

According to your description, I tested it on Windows 10, but did not reproduce your issue. My network driver properties are as shown in the figure below:
