Whenever i try to connect to VM through bastion , it says (in new window) login failed , please reconnect and try again

I have tried accessing it from different browser but same issue (login failed , please reconnect and try again)
Any idea what could be the issue, please ?

Did you attach any NSG to the AzureBastionSubnet. If so you need to allow the ports as below document

No, i didn't attach any? hope i wasn't supposed to do so
I am quit new to azure , maybe i need to try deleting it and create new one
