Hi,
I have setup MDE policies in Intune with devices being in Co-managed state. While I can see that the devices have onboarded successfully on to Defender for Endpoint and receiving the policies as intended, I am also seeing a difference in onboarding status on the Defender portal and under Intune Connector status. The onboarding is being done using EDR policy and not Device configuration policy. What is causing this?

Thanks for the reponse. Just had a call with an MDE engineer and ran this by him. He advised that this is an ongoing issue and have requested me to open a case with Compliance team to get an official word. Going to do that and see if there is a fix for this or not.

Microsoft came back on the case I raised and have advised that this is a known issue and that Compliance & MDE team are working on fixing this. No ETA has been shared.
