Team connot login on iPhone (IOS 15.1)

Cannot login microsoft team on Iphone (IOS 5.1). Got error "Sign-in error
Yout license doesn't include access to Microsoft Teams. Ask your IT admin for access."

I asked my IT admin team they said that because the application cannot use in IOS 5.1

    Hi @Chidchanok Monroek ,

    Can you uninstall the Teams client and reinstall one?Or delete the cache and see if that could work.

    And is your account the guest account of an organization or licensed user account?

    If it's a guest account, you may ask the Teams admin to regain guest access.

    And anothing thing is you can try using Safari to login to Teams for web to test you account.

    Hi,
    we have the same problem in our company. Since a few days people cannot sign in the Teams-App on iOS-devices with their Office365-guest-accounts. On Safari it is possible to sign in.
    The same error "ChidchanokMonroek-9397" mentioned.

    We did nearly everything. Kicked the guests out of the organisation and joinend them again. Some user even reset their iPads, but it does not work.
    This just referes guest-accounts on iOS-devices (iPad, iPhone). On Desktop-Devices (Windows, MAC) or in webbrowser there is no problem.

    The guest-accounts are all invitend from licensed-account of our organisation.
