Hello:
I am using Visual Studio 2019 version 16.11.5, but today, it seems there is new version available, so I want to upgrade to a new version. The community version got upgraded well, but for enterprise version, the upgrade failed with error message, see the picture.
I can’t either upgrade, or install individual components, due to the same error.
Please advise!

Do you still meet this issue?
Based on the description you submitted, the problem might with with the ML.Net extension installed in visual studio.
Try uninstalling the ML.Net Model Builder extension in Visual studio and then try to update the Visual Studio.

Except "Uninstall" VS2019 Enterprise, I can't do others in VS2019 installer.
So, I don't know how to uninstall only ML.NET.
I remember some minor issues with ML.NET, this guy always tells me that there are new update to let me install, some times, it shows new new updates for more than 10 times on the same day.
So, I believe this software package seems to be a trouble-maker.
But I need instructions on how to uninstall only this guy!
Open Visual Studio 2019, go to Extensions, and under installed section look for ML.Net Model Builder Preview

I have done the following:
Launch VS 2019 as administrator, then going to extension, but I saw error message, and in ML.NET option, there is no “uninstall” option.
I can’t uninstall it, due to the previous error.

I tried this: I downloaded Repair-VSSetupInstance.ps1 and saved in local disk, unzip.
Then run it as Admin, but there was issue, so I un-installed VS 2022 preview, then run Repair-VSSetupInstance.ps1 again, it looks OK, then from VS 2019 installer to update VS 2019 to new version, but failed.
