Temporarily deactivate EWS throttling in MS365

This is my first post, so please be gentle.

I am trying to deactivate the EWS throttling in Office 365 Admin Center for a migration.

Every manual I found is discribing how to deactivate it through the GUI like this one:

When I run the test, I am getting the result "No Problems found" or "we understand you have issues..."

I am not getting the opportunity to temporarily deactivate it, as described in the many different manuals.

The closest I got was, when the result came back, that the tenant was dehydrated, which I changed

Does anybody have a powershell script or hint, how proceed to point 7 in the above mentioned manual?

Unfortunately, there is no PowerShell cmdlet or any other way do to this yourself, outside of that dumb wizard UI. Just in case, run the following cmdlet to go past the "dehydrated" issue, then give it some time and try the UI again:
