As I have learned Web Application (WebForms) does not support Data Source functionality. That option has appeared probobly by some enviroment error.
Data source windows is missing Visual Studio 2022

I have tried to create asp net application based on vb net that would connect to Access db file. I have installed Visual Studio 2022 Community. To load Data Source Tab, I have clicked on: View > Other Windows > Data Sources. After that Data Source Tab has showed up for a few secounds and after that whole VS enviroment has crashed. After reopen it there was no Data Source Tab and there was no Data Source position in View > Other Windows.

Have you installed third-party extensions? You can start Visual Studio with /SafeMode.
You can try to repair Visual Studio. -
