Try open start and search for feedback and open the Feedback Hub app and report this issue.
Check for update and if there is any pending update make sure download and install them.
Dev Build randomly restarting says Lass is route cause?
Getting a dialog come up and says pc has to restart when I check the event viewer all I find is this error.
A critical system process, C:\WINDOWS\system32\lsass.exe, failed with status code c0000409. The machine must now be restarted.

Local Security Authority Subsystem Service (LSASS) is responsible for security policy enforcement on Windows systems and it is used by the system to add entries to the security log, as well as to handle user logins, password changes, and access token creation.
You can try either of the workarounds provided below to mitigate the issue on your device
Uninstall the problematic update and block the update
Disable Fast StartupThere is also a hotfix 2998097 for this and you can get it from here
