ccmsetup.msi installer for version 5.09049.1035

Question

We have just upgraded Microsoft Endpoint Manger with latest roll up for 2103. Console version: 5.2103.1059.3100 and Site Version: 5.0.9049.1000 Client version: 5.09049.1035. We deploy the SCCM agent via group policy. I noticed that the ccmsetup.msi installer does not update after the upgrade. The file does not change, it keeps the same revision number. When it installs the client it performs an Autoupgrade. Is there a way to get around this? Is it possible to pull the latest ccmsetup.msi from the kb.msp file located under \CASserver\SMS_XXX\Client\i386\ClientUpdate?

It seems the log is triggered by automatic client upgrade, have you configured automatic client upgrade?

In the CCM setup log it will download the latest client from \siteserver\SMS_xxx\Client\x64\ClientUpdate\cm2103-client-kb10036164-x64.msp. Even though we are on the latest roll up, the ccmsetup.exe is not updated nor is the client.msi. It will pull from the ClientUpdate directory to update it to the latest client.

I was hoping I could get the latest installer by extracting the cm2103-client-kb10036164-x64.msp file. It looks like I will need to wait until we upgrade to 2107.
