Windows 11 update from 10 21H1 with Intel Core i5-7400T - PC Health Check states does not meet requirements???

Question

Windows update and PC Health Check state that my PC does not meet system requirements for Windows 11.

I am currently using Windows 10 21H1 and when I check the list of supported Intel Processors (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/design/minimum/supported/windows-10-21h1-supported-intel-processors) Intel Core i5-7400T is listed.

So why does Windows update and PC Health Check say the Processor does not meet requirements but Windows webpage states it does meet requirements? Which is correct? And how do I fix this?

The PC Health Check is correct and unfortunately, i5-7400T processor is not compatible for Windows 11, according to Microsoft.

Hi there,

The processor are selected by various parameters and the important one is DCH Design Principles.

Some of the 7th generation processor and all 8th generation Intel processor are supported for Windows 11. It seems your Intel i5-7400T is not in the list and it might not support the Windows 11.
