There is a problem in the process of creating and distributing applications with vb.net.
In Visual Studio's "User's DeskTop" of "File System on Target Device," I created a shortcut button and applied the icon I wanted to the attributes. However, when Setup.msi is installed, the icon does not apply, and it is applied as "a blue color in the middle of the window."
I'd appreciate it if anyone could help me.

I create a setup project (in Visual Studio 2019) and it can successfully apply the icon to the shortcut.
Please check whether the icon file you added to Setup Project exists in the installation directory of the program.

I solved the problem I wrote.
Before that, I modified the size of the pixel of the shortcut icon to 48x48, and it was successfully applied.
