Unable to find the resources using resource Guid

I have only specified access in my subscription and not an account admin. I am in need to find the exact costs consumed by each of the resources and create a breakup of those billing details.

I got few details from account admin like subscription GUID, resource GUID. But not able to find the resources using those details.

Can anyone guide me how to fetch the details to make the clear breakup of the bill? Thanks in Advance!

Actually, since I am not an account admin, unable to view the cost analysis for the resources.

So, can you confirm the procedures to change the account admin?

Yes, the ownership of the subscription is transferred. Able to access the cost analysis now. Thanks!
