(2016) Exam 70-764 SQL Server Admin certification

As (2016) Exam 70-764: Administering a SQL Database Infrastructure will expire on 01/31/2021, what certificate will replace it and when can i take new certification exam.

In my opinion, below exam is the one DBAs should try for and this would be the future -

Exam DP-300: Administering Relational Databases on Microsoft Azure

Actually you can accomplish the 70-764 exam before it retired, so you can earn this certification before 01/31/2021. Any certifications you earn prior to their retirement dates will continue to appear on your transcript in the Certification Dashboard.It means that no matter what, the certificate you get is still recognized.
