What are possible alternatives or ways to implement Powerpack in VS 2019?

Hello, while I have downloaded a version of powerpack for implementation into visual studio, it does not recognize it as an extension to Visual Basic. Are there any alternative ways to preserve its functionality in VS or is there a way to make sure visual studio recognizes that it has been installed?
