I'm trying to remove the "User Interface & Infrastructure" feature on my Windows Server 2019 Standard OS.

I'm going through the "Remove Roles and Feature Wizard" but cannot see the "User Interface & Infrastructure" feature.

If your goal is to create a Minimal Server interface, you can find the instructions on this page - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/previous-versions/windows/it-pro/windows-server-2012-R2-and-2012/hh831786(v=ws.11)

    Hi,
This switching feature has been removed as explained in below:
Unlike some previous releases of Windows Server, you cannot convert between Server Core and Server with Desktop Experience after installation. If you install Server with Desktop Experience and later decide to use Server Core, you should do a fresh installation.
    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-server/get-started/getting-started-with-server-with-desktop-experience
For server 2019, as with Windows Server 2016, during setup of the operating system you can choose between Server Core installations or Server with Desktop Experience installations.

    Thanks,
    Jenny
