Hello,
The problem is following: after updating Microsoft Whiteboard from Microsoft Store, the error message is showing up. I tried to reinstall or to reset the app but the error doesn't disappear. It's not in Microsoft Teams but a separate app.
This screen is showing up after trying to log in into Microsoft account, but I can't even choose another account.

Do you have the same problem when using Whiteboard for the Web?As we are mainly responsible for general issue of Microsoft Teams. Whiteboard is not included in Teams and not supported in the Q&A currently, I would change the tag to be “not-supported”. The following suggestion is just for your reference.
Please check if whiteboard is automatically enabled for applicable Microsoft 365 tenants. To check it ,you could follow these steps:
- Go to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
- On the Admin Center home page, go to the Search box in the top right, and then type Whiteboard.
- In the search results, click or tap Whiteboard settings.
- On the Whiteboard panel, toggle Turn Whiteboard on or off for your entire organization to On.
- Click or tap Save.

Hello
Hope you are doing great.
Although, I have Microsoft 365 Business Standard plan, I cant access anymore to MS Whiteboard web.
As the Admin, I tried to turn on and off access to the app, but it still not working.
Can you please help me, Im desperate!
