Try update Windows and your graphic card driver.
In case problem persist, open start and search for feedback and open the Feedback Hub app and report this issue.

It seems that my taskbar with the latest Windows 11 beta version is moving/shifting left/right. I have the center taskbar configuration however, when I change tabs or change already open applications, these icons on the taskbar shift slightly to the left and then shift back to the right. This is quite annoying, is this the standard process?
