PC Health Check App not opening

Hello,

when I try to open the pc health check app it never opens. I've looked for many solutions but none worked. I tried to repair it in control panel but it said I did not have access to that folder? (I have access to it).

It shows up in task manager but no window pops up

    Check and see if you are able to uninstall it?
    If not, restart your PC and try uninstall it.
    In case you see any error message please tell us the exact error code and/or message.
