Word/Excel crashed when changing sensitive labels

We're using Office version is 2018 (Build 14326.20600 Click-to-Run) and "manually applies sensitive labels in Office desktop app" feature which comes with our Microsoft Business Premium plan. The issue is the Word and Excel randomly (or all the times) crashed when I changed the sensitive label. By checking the event log, it all pointed to this faulty module, C:\Windows\System32\ucrtbase.dll.

Has anyone experienced the same issue and any suggestion is appreciated!

Thanks
Calvin
