How can I run kvm on windows 10 ??

Question

I already installed KVM and turned on hyper-v, but I am getting this error,

"Unable to init server: Could not connect: Connection refused

Could not access KVM kernel module: No such file or directory

qemu-system-x86_64: failed to initialize KVM: No such file or directory"

I am a noob at this.
