Cannot Access My Excel Certification Certificate

I recently passed my 2019 excel certification exam, and I was trying to access my official certificate. I signed up for the exam with my college's school email. When I try to log in to view my certificate, it says "this microsoft account does not exist", and then it prompts me to create a new account. I try to make one with my school email again, but then it says "you cannot use a work or education email to register." So, I tried to use my personal email, but then when I log in to my dashboard and click to view my certificates, it says "we cannot find your certification profile." Please help, I passed my exam but cannot view my certificate.

    Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd try asking for help with exam results in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
