Bitlocked drive issue

I have a 1 TB HDD Hard disk, i applied Bit locker using AES 128 bit algorithm on it, then it was working fine and the encryption completed at this time, after some days, i copied some data to the hard disk but ejected it before the encryption of new files being completed.
Now i am facing challenge either in completing the encryption process or to decrypt the overall drive again.
i tried via Recovery mode CMD, via my O.S cmd and via the pop wizard as well but after some time the drive is ejected by it self and i couldn't complete the process till now, its still stuck and there are a lot of critical info on the drive.
