Im running Windows10 on my laptop i do not have home wifi but a hot spot that is only on when i'm using it. with that being said im looking at my event viewer and it has logged quite a few different events on 11-12-21 starting at 1:55AM and ending at 2:51AM when I was in bed asleep and my laptop was off....????? I looked through them but I don't know exactly what i'm looking at. i've looked up some event id's but I don't really understand any of that either. If someone I live with is getting into my laptop i want to know. Examples of just some are...DHCPv6 client service started, Directory-Services-SAM(there are a few of them)....Win32k(Win32k)id267......7002 Winlogon....ALOT OF Distributed COM events.....kernel boot kernel power kernel general. event log stopped and many many more.....???? Any thoughts?

Likely harmless, but without the event source and event ID it is hard to say.

I'll copy and paste the whole thing or screen shot it whatever it takes but I'd like to get to the bottom of it.

    Hi there,

Check that if you have the Event ID for the PC switched off in the log , so that we can be sure that it was not in sleep.

Event ID 1074: System has been shutdown by a process/user.

Windows does not have an opportunity to log the logoff event until the system restarts. Therefore, some logoff events are logged much later than the time at which they actually occur. Anonyms logons are routine events on Windows networks.
