P2V methods should always be a last resort. The much cleaner / safer method is to stand up a new one on detination host, patch fully, migrate roles / applications over to it.

I will advise you to first power-cycle this physical server to see its resolved , and follow steps if issue perisists.

    1. Disable any Antivirus program or Windows firewall you may have for temporary purpose.
    2. Cleanup below Temp folders
      C:\Windows\Temp
      %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Temp
    3. Disable all but one backup application. Running multiple backup applications on one server can cause conflicts.
    4. Restart the Volume Shadow Copy service from the Services console.
    5. You can also check other tool of StarWind P2V Migrator.
