My microsoft account is connected to outlook but it doesn't exist

Hi! I recently connected to Outlook with my gmail account and everything is working as expected in the app, however, when I try to use Outlook Web, I am connected to a non existent outlook account and my gmail inbox doesn't sync with ooutlook web at all.

I have tried to go through Settings and my gmail account was already set as a primary alias and that outlook account is none existent in my microsoft account (set with gmail). I have also tried to connect to that outlook.com account, but it's none existent.

So, the issue is that my gmail account doesn't sync with Outlook web.

Outlook.com (hotmail) is not currently supported here on Q&A. The product group for Outlook.com actively monitors questions in dedicated forums here.

If an account access problem then also try resetting via the account recovery form
