Hello,

After upgrade exchange server to the cumulative update 22 (CU22), all users receive the following error in Outlook: Outlook requests data from the server.

We check the status of the update and everything seems fine. In the server's Eventviewer, only the information logs.

This is strange because OWA and ECP work fine! The problem is in the Outlook connection and exchange.

Thanks

    Hi,@Stélvia Calisto

To get more information, I would like to ask you following questions.

1.How many exchange servers do you have in your organization?

2.Have you tried to switch outlook to online mode?

You can follow these steps to switch it.

1.Find the ‘Mail’ on the control panel.

2.Select the “Email Accounts” in account setting.

3.Click “change” , then deselect “Use Cached Exchange Mode”.

If the issue still exists, you can try to create a new profile, then use the new profile.

    1. In Mail Setup
    2. Select “Show Profiles”

    Hi,@Stélvia Calisto

    Thanks for your update.

1.Could you share screenshots of the error and outlook connection status in comments?
2.Which version of Exchange Server CU did you upgrade to CU22?
3.Could outlook sync mails or stuck in processing?

1.Have you changed Exchange to online mode?
If you haven’t, please follow the article to change it.
Turn on Cached Exchange Mode (microsoft.com)

2.If the issue still exists, you can try creating a new database and move a mailbox to the new database.
Then check if outlook is working.
If it is, please move all mailboxes to the new database.
