How to run NXT on Azure and browse project on the browser

I am able to run the nxt blockchain using the sh ./run command on the Azure VM this runs well on the VM and i am able to browse the project on the Azure VM using RDP.
The challenge i am facing is i am unable to run the project outside the VM using my browser to browser the project using the public domain provided by the Azure. How can i go around this?
